Biography
Radheshyam Shinde is an Electrical Engineering graduate with an MBA in Marketing, bringing extensive professional experience across electrical engineering, HVAC and healthcare infrastructure.
 
With 10+ years of experience associated with Inlaks Budhrani Hospital, he has developed strong practical exposure to healthcare infrastructure and hospital engineering requirements. He also works as a consultant in HVAC and Electrical systems, bringing hands-on technical understanding to project planning and execution.
 

At Greenlink, his experience contributes to the development and execution of Electrical, HVAC and Healthcare infrastructure solutions, while also supporting client engagement and business development.

V. Shivakumar brings extensive experience in healthcare management, strategic partnerships and business development, with significant exposure to domestic and international professional environments.
He served as CEO of Dr. Bidari's Ashwini Hospital from October 2018 to February 2021, where his contributions included strategic partnerships, implementation of cost-effective solutions and initiatives supporting the organisation's financial performance.
His international professional experience is further reflected in his 2009 appointment as Regional Advisor for Africa by the ASCP Board of Registry Globalization Committee, with responsibilities relating to international examinations and qualification validation.
At Greenlink, he contributes particularly to Healthcare, strategic business development, partnerships and expansion into broader markets.
